According to TEAMtalk, clubs interested in Oxford United winger Tyler Goodrham include Coventry City and Middlesbrough.
Oxford United may have a battle to keep the teenager between now and the transfer market closes later today.
Goodrham, 20, has made 35 appearances in all competitions so far this season, scoring eight goals and assisting four times.
According to TEAMtalk, his strong form has piqued the interest of Coventry and Middlesbrough, as well as other Championship clubs as Hull City and Bristol City.
Coventry City and Middlesbrough eyeing winger
Coventry are in the second tier’s final play-off spot, ahead of Sunderland and Hull, and Goodrham might help them push for promotion.
Boro are now ranked 11th, four points behind the top six. They are losing Morgan Rogers to Aston Villa and may need to find a replacement before the deadline.
Goodrham is under contract at Oxford until the summer of 2027, and they have the option to extend his stay for another 12 months on top of that, so they are under no obligation to cash in on him anytime soon until they receive an offer they can’t refuse for his services.
Before joining his current club, the teenager was on Reading’s books. He was a regular for the U’s at various junior levels and went on loan to non-league clubs Hayes, Yeading United, and Slough Town to gain experience.
He then joined Oxford’s first squad in 2022 and has since become one of their most valuable assets, attracting interest from the division above.
