The Philadelphia Eagles’ 2023 NFL season turned out far differently than they had intended.
After dominating the first two-thirds of the season, this club seemed to have lost its way.
They had a 10-1 start to the year, but for some reason, they couldn’t gain traction and struggled throughout the season.
Following this strong start, they only won one more game, allowing them to hobble into the playoffs and lose in the Wild Card round.
While this was a disappointing result for a team that had recently been one of the best in the NFC, Jalen Hurts is certain the team will be back on track in 2024.
Hurts recently spoke on the Bird and Taurasi Show during the NCAA Women’s National Championship to discuss the team’s prospects moving forward.
He explained, “It’s all about winning. “That’s always the main thing.”

Hurts appears to be motivated and committed to the Eagles’ goal of winning more games in 2024 than they did in 2023.
The Eagles were once regarded as one of the best teams in the NFC, with a powerful group capable of dispatching everyone in their path.
They still have enough guys in place to make that happen, though a few offseason losses may create some early growing pains.
Losing Jason Kelce on the offensive line and Fletcher Cox on defense will undoubtedly require this team to reassess and look for great production from other guys.
