The Newcastle United winger is having a mind-blowing season on Tyneside and is swiftly becoming a hero among the Toon Army, which is incredible given how few fans anticipated his arrival.
Gordon is one of those guys you love to despise, and given that he also came from Everton, it’s safe to say that Newcastle’s pursuit was welcomed with less excitement by the fans than it was by the board.
