The Green Bay Packers experienced an up-and-down season in 2023.

They started well but struggled to finish games until hitting a wall midway through the season.

Then, with a healthy Aaron Jones and Jordan Love making significant strides, they finished the season on a high note, making it all the way to the NFC Divisional Game.

Now, OC Adam Stenavich believes they will be even better in 2024.

Stenavich spoke on the team’s official website about the present state of the squad, noting that they could fare much better next season now that they have more experience (via Around the NFL):

“Oh, it’s night and day,” offensive coordinator Adam Stenavich explained. “Like night and day compared to last year…” You weren’t sure what way to take because you didn’t know how much you could put on these folks’ plates and trust them to execute. Everyone now has a year’s worth of experience. It’s been nice to learn what these folks are good at.”

The Packers were the youngest team in the playoffs, so this makes complete sense.

They weren’t anticipated to make it that far last season, which was a testament to Matt LaFleur’s coaching and the front office’s excellent evaluation and scouting of young players.

They have some potential players, and Love’s performance should only improve now that he has completed a full season as a starter.

Even if the Minnesota Vikings struggle without Kirk Cousins, the competition for the top of the NFC North Division will be memorable.

We’ve already seen what the Detroit Lions are capable of, and the Chicago Bears could be the league’s most improved team next season after making summer acquisitions, so it will be intriguing to see how the Packers build on last year’s success.
