Breaking: 2024 Buffalo Bills Schedule Release Rumor Tracker

All the rumors concerning when and where the Buffalo Bills will play in 2024.
The full 2024 NFL schedule will be published on Wednesday, May 15, at 8 p.m. EDT. Until that time, most of what we know about the Buffalo Bills’ forthcoming schedule is speculative at best.

However, even the best hypothesis can provide fruitful results. With that in mind, we’ll use this space to compile everything we know about the Bills’ upcoming schedule, as well as to discuss the different speculations that are circulating on social media leading up to Wednesday evening.

Let’s get an early look at when and where the Bills will play in 2024.

The Bills’ first game has been officially announced: Week 2 against the Miami Dolphins on Prime Video’s Thursday Night Football.

According to ESPN’s Joe Buck, the Bills will most likely play a few of Monday night games.

With a handful of the key matchups in the NFL now published, we know which teams Buffalo will not meet in Week 1. The Kansas City Chiefs open the season at home against the Baltimore Ravens, which means the Bills will not play either team in the opening week.

We also know that the New York Jets will travel to the West Coast for a Monday Night Football game against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 1. Given that both teams are on the Bills’ schedule this season, they are not likely to face each other in Week 1.

The same holds true for the Week 2 encounter between the Cincinnati Bengals and the Kansas City Chiefs. Buffalo confronts the Chiefs but not the Bengals, and KC is not on the schedule for Week 2.

More official announcements are likely to trickle in Wednesday morning on network television shows.

Week 1 rumors

• Chiefs play Ravens, so Buffalo won’t play those teams.
• 49ers play Jets, so Buffalo won’t play those teams, and they won’t be on Monday night.
• Buffalo won’t be in the late afternoon window, as FOX has announced an exclusive nationwide game between the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns.
• With a Week 2 game on Thursday night, it’s incredibly likely the Bills will have a home 1PM game in Week 1.

Week 5 confirmed: Bills at Texans

• Jets play the Vikings in London, so Buffalo won’t play NY.

Week 6 confirmed: Bills at Jets on Monday Night Football

• Jaguars play in London, so they won’t play Buffalo.
• If Matt O’Leary’s Jets schedule is accurate as we expect, the Bills will be in New York for Monday Night Football with the Jets.

Now I can also confirm Bills at Jets on MNF in Week 6.

Hopefully Buffalo can get the win and Aaron Rodgers can play more than 4 minutes this time.

• Jaguars and Patriots play in London, so Buffalo won’t play them.

Week 9 confirmed: Dolphins at Bills 1:00 PM Eastern

Matt Warren of SB Nation reports it’s Dolphins vs Bills in Week 9.

Bills vs Dolphins rematch in Buffalo is set for November 3rd at 1PM in Week 9, per sources.

Buffalo avoids Miami's daytime heat, Miami (hopefully) avoids Buffalo's snow.
