On Friday evening, the four-star wide receiver chose Ole Miss over Clemson as finalists. Alfed had committed to Ole Miss in early April, but backed out before visiting Clemson.
Last Sunday morning, Alfred left the Ole Miss campus, telling Inside the Rebels, “I still love Ole Miss, so I had to come and check it out.”
Alfred, a standout from Jefferson High School in Georgia, has been one of the most sought-after receivers in the 2024 class. Known for his exceptional speed, precise route-running, and reliable hands, Alfred has consistently impressed scouts and coaches alike. His decision to commit to Ole Miss over a powerhouse like Clemson underscores the rising appeal of Kiffin’s program.
“I felt a great connection with the coaching staff and the team culture at Ole Miss,” Alfred said during his announcement. “Coach Kiffin’s offensive scheme is a perfect fit for my skills, and I believe I can thrive and help the team succeed.”
