The Minnesota Twins have made a trade with the St. Louis Cardinals, giving up utility player Michael Helman in return for monetary considerations.
Helman has only played nine games for the Twins since being chosen in 2018, making his MLB debut against Tampa Bay on September 3, 2024.
Last season, the 28-year-old went three for 10 at the plate, including two doubles.
The Twins have not disclosed the money handed to them in exchange for Helman.
