Much of the attention around the college basketball scene has now switched toward the recruiting process.
As athletes around the country continue to receive offers from Power 4 programs, the No. 1 recruit in the nation recently made a trip to Lawrence, Kansas.
Tyran Stokes shared some pictures of himself wearing the Jayhawks’ colors along with a video from his unofficial trip to Kansas.
Stokes posed with his dog in one of the pictures. Seated on a chair that bore the words “Final Four,” he was clutching a gray French bulldog that had come to visit him.
Cameron Boozer, who has committed to play for the Duke Blue Devils in 2025, expressed his opinions after the images were made public.
“W dog flick,” said Boozer.
According to 247Sports, Stokes is presently rated as a five-star prospect and the top recruit overall in the class of 2026.
Stokes has been connected to some of the most prominent universities, including Kansas, Kentucky, Alabama, and Auburn, but he has not yet declared his commitment to a collegiate basketball program.
Conversely, Boozer has been devoted to Duke for a considerable amount of time. In the class of 2025, the son of former NBA forward Carlos Boozer is rated as a five-star prospect.

Boozer is ranked as the country’s top power forward and third-best player, per 247Sports.
He will replace some of the output from Cooper Flagg and Kon Knueppel at Duke next season.
