Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys appears to be a fan of Cooper Flagg.

Amid some worries that he would return to the Duke Blue Devils for another season, Flagg revealed his decision to enter the NBA Draft on Monday.

Flagg thanked Duke supporters and his teammates in a social media video, highlighting that his one and only season with the Blue Devils was “probably the best year” of his life.

The 18-year-old also underlined that he will never forget his brotherhood with Duke.

“Duke has always been a dream for me, but I’m excited to announce that I’ll be entering my name into the 2025 NBA draft,” Flagg said.

As expected, there were many responses to Cooper Flagg’s statement, with teammates, admirers, and other celebrities complimenting him showing him a lot of love.

Khaman Maluach, one of his teammates, wrote, “Cooper Flagg my brotha.” Lethal Shooter, a well-known shooting coach, said, “I’m proud of you.”

Kon Knueppel, Flagg’s teammate from Duke who recently announced his intention to enter the NBA Draft, said, “Let’s go brotha.”

Micah Parsons expressed his clear opinion of Flagg by referring to him as a “Duke legend.”

To be fair, Parsons is a big Duke supporter and has never hesitated to express his enthusiasm for the squad. Having saying that, he has also expressed his appreciation for Flagg in public.

When the Blue Devils were eliminated from the 2025 national championship game, Parsons really said on social media that he hadn’t felt “this sad in a long time.”

It appears that Parsons will continue to support Flagg as he prepares to enter the NBA.
