Tua Tagovaila needs more help next year

The Dolphins signed tight end Jonnu Smith earlier this month to help round out their tight end roster. Tight end was considered as a weakness for the Dolphins entering the summer. Fortunately for the Dolphins, the wide receiver room will remain explosive. Braxton Berrios will help with that.

Braxton Berrios re-signs with the Dolphins

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Berrios is signing a one-year contract with the Dolphins worth up to $3 million.

Berrios has 27 receptions last year for 238 yards and one touchdown. Berrios’ salary is based on his efforts to special teams. In 2021, he was named All-Pro for his special teams play with the New York Jets.
Berrios averaged 10.2 yards per punt return and 24.5 yards per kickoff return during the 2023 season.
