After formally decommitting from Ole Miss, Corner Canyon WR Jerome Myles quickly became Utah’s top target, and after an impressive performance in an upset victory over IMG Academy, Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart complimented the top prospect despite his choice.
Myles, Utah’s top prospect, the 5th-best WR in the country, and the 30th-best overall prospect, racked up 125 receiving yards and three touchdowns on five receptions against the Ascenders. The outstanding performance triggered an outpouring of appreciation for the wideout, with some famous figures, including top college quarterback Jaxson Dart, giving high marks to the Utah favorite. Despite receiving offers from a number of prominent programs throughout the country, the five-star recruit is expected to stay in Utah and choose the Utes, but his recruitment cycle is far from over.’
According to 247Sports, if Myles chooses Utah, he will be the highest-rated talent to ever commit to the Utes, and the combination of him and MaxPreps Player of the Year QB Isaac Wilson will be a nightmare for Big 12 defenses in 2025.
